Day 3: July 23, 2009

Weight: 184.8 (Probably the rolls I ate last night, haha!)


Food:


Breakfast:
-80 Calorie Lemon Pop (Made by Edy and SO GOOD!!!)
-Kashi Peanut Peanut Butter granola bar (yes, there are 2 'peanut's in the name!)
-Water

Lunch:
-Healthy Choice Steamer Bowl, General Tso's Chicken (SO GOOD!! But I was hungry again soon)
-Baked Lays
-Water

Afternoon Snacks:
-Baked Lays
-Apple with peanut butter
-Sprite (I was weak and it was hot!)

Dinner:
-Hardee's Hot Ham 'n' Cheese sandwich
-Sprite

-OJ
